1. Eligibility

MuchiLife is intended only for people who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or using MuchiLife, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to accept this agreement. If you are under 18, do not use the app.

2. Acceptance And License

By using MuchiLife, you agree to this End User License Agreement, the Token Policy, and the Privacy Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use MuchiLife.

MuchiWorks grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use MuchiLife for lawful personal purposes, subject to these terms and applicable platform rules.

3. What MuchiLife Does

MuchiLife is a focus and time-management app. It lets you choose a Focus duration, limit access to selected apps during that period, monitor remaining time, and review your completed Focus sessions.

MuchiLife is not a permanent device lock. It does not guarantee that selected apps can never be accessed, that every Focus session will be completed, or that protection will operate identically on every Android device.

4. Focus Shield And Android Permissions

During an active Focus session, selected apps may be covered by Focus Shield. This feature depends on Android permissions and device behavior.

MuchiLife may request Usage Access, permission to display over other apps, notification permission, and a battery optimization exemption. These permissions are used to detect selected apps while a Focus session is active, display Focus Shield, maintain session continuity, and provide relevant Focus, recovery, or permission notices.

Operating system changes, manufacturer restrictions, permission changes, network availability, reinstallations, or other device conditions may affect protection. Do not rely on MuchiLife for emergency communication, safety, or critical device control.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for selecting suitable Focus durations and apps, maintaining required permissions, protecting access to your account and device, reviewing token consequences before confirming an action, and using MuchiLife lawfully.

You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate purchase or token records, or attempt to bypass active protection in violation of the disclosed Focus rules.

6. Accounts And Sync

MuchiLife may provide guest access and sign-in through supported identity providers. Online sync may store and restore token balances, Focus sessions, settings, agreement acceptance, and related app state. Sync and recovery depend on network availability, account state, and supported device behavior.

You are responsible for using an account you are authorized to use. A guest account may not be recoverable after app data is cleared or the app is removed unless it has been linked to a supported sign-in method.

7. Tokens And Paid Digital Items

MuchiLife may offer consumable digital tokens under the Token Policy. One available token is required to start a Focus session of 30 minutes or longer. The token is reserved during the session and is not spent when the session completes normally. It may be spent for a confirmed early exit or a disclosed attempt to bypass active protection.

8. Purchases, Billing, And Refunds

Digital token purchases in the Google Play version are processed through Google Play Billing. You will see the applicable price and confirm the purchase in the platform billing interface before payment is completed.

Used tokens are not refundable. Subject to applicable law, MuchiWorks may recommend approval for a wholly unused purchase when the request is received within 7 x 24 hours of the Google Play purchase time. Google Play makes the final decision and may approve, deny, cancel, or charge back a purchase under its own rules outside that window. A completed platform refund or chargeback may remove the available tokens linked to that order; used tokens are recorded as unrecovered usage without creating a negative balance or reducing future purchases. Deleting your MuchiLife account also deletes its remaining token balance. Account deletion does not convert tokens to cash, transfer them to another account, or create an automatic refund.

9. Privacy

MuchiLife processes the data needed to operate Focus sessions, selected-app protection, accounts, token balances, purchase verification, recovery, diagnostics, and agreement records. Details are provided in the Privacy Disclosure and the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

MuchiLife relies on services provided by Google and other infrastructure or purchase-management providers. Their services and records may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. MuchiWorks is not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services outside its reasonable control.

11. Intellectual Property

MuchiLife, its design, software, text, graphics, and related rights belong to MuchiWorks or its licensors. Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you may not copy, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app.

12. Availability And Disclaimer

MuchiLife is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, MuchiWorks does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent access to any feature, or a particular productivity result. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MuchiWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from use of or inability to use MuchiLife. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

14. Suspension And Termination

You may stop using MuchiLife at any time and may delete your account through the app. MuchiWorks may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful use, security threats, material violations of these terms, platform requirements, or discontinuation of the service.

15. Changes And Contact

MuchiWorks may update these terms to reflect changes in the app, law, or platform requirements. Material changes will be presented for renewed acceptance where required. The version shown above identifies the terms you accepted.
