Delete your account
Use one of the options below to permanently delete your MuchiLife account and associated data.
In the app
- Open MuchiLife and go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account under Danger zone.
- Read the notice and confirm the action.
If you can access the app, this is the fastest way to delete your account.
Request by email
If you cannot access the app, send an account deletion request from your registered address to help@muchiworks.com.
We may request limited additional information to verify ownership. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

Before deletion
Account deletion is permanent. Associated data and remaining tokens are removed. Unused tokens are not automatically refunded. An account cannot be deleted during an active Focus session.
